Who is Citlali and what is her element?
Citlali is a cryo vision wielder and an elder of the Masters of the Night-Wind tribe in Natlan. She’s a wise, older fortune teller who’s respected by all, and some even find her a bit intimidating despite her appearance.
Genshin Impact’s Mualani has visited her a few times for readings into her future. Due to an incident in the past, Citlali also feels responsible for Genshin Impact’s Ororon and keeps a close eye on him.
Who is Citlali’s voice actor?
Citlali’s English voice actor is Skyler Davenport, who you might recognize from their portrayal of Honkai Star Rail’s March 7th, Goddess of Victory: Nikke’s Belorta, and Viola in Pokémon Masters EX. Her Japanese voice actor is Asami Tano, who is best known for her work in anime as Cure Sunny in Smile Precure!, Sarah Kazuno in Love Live! Sunshine!, and Kobuna in Boruto.
